My name is Melissa and I help adult individuals in their relationship who are at a point of deciding whether they want to stay or leave. I utilize attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Chrisitian values to help individuals move towards healthy attachments and healthy relational behaviors. The decision to stay or move on is yours. I help you process that decision and to learn what a healthy relationship looks like.
I guide clients to self discover where they learn who they are and can verbalize that effectively by asking for their needs and wants. Therapy has allowed my clients to have increased self-esteem, better communication and healthy boundaries in their current or new relationship.
